The hotel is conveniently located near transportation stations. I found it easy to access downtown (maybe easier than I expected). The guesthouse provided great affordability. Staff was helpful and nice (especially the one at the reception).
My room felt a little dated, but it was ok given the price.

Reception staff was very helpful with directions. Customer service was quick and efficient. They were willing to mail belongings back that were left behind (this I APPRECIATED greatly).

The room was basic, yet clean, with comfortable bedding. It had easy access to the underground network. The wifi connection worked perfectly (even with multiple devices connected).

There's a direct bus to the Trafalgar Square from near the hotel. It is a very nice part of the area with pubs and cafés nearby. Tesco is just a short walk from the guesthouse.

The location is perfect with many bars and restaurants. There is plenty of choice to eat in the neighborhood. I noticed various cafés in the immediate area.

i found the room to be just next to the train line, meaning i heard trains all the time.
